Byekwaso hopes for collective efforts against Synergy

Kampala Capital City Authority Football club assistant head coach Morley Byekwaso believes his side KCCA will put up sole efforts in their return leg with Masaka based side Synergy FC and will fight for a silverware.

In a press match press conference held today at the FUFA house in Mengo, Morley Byekwaso admits his side played poorly than Synergy irrespective of the results but will put up a clear display at home.

” We played but our display was not all that much good. The hosts played well than us but we have improved a lot to see that we win the game. This is the only chance for us to win a trophy this season so we need this cup seriously” .

” We want to encourage every player to utilize the chances they get in the game and confidence to every player in our team which gives us more determination ahead of facing Synergy tomorrow”. Added Morley.

The assistant gaffer Byekwaso nevertheless remains respectful to the visitors since its a knock out stage and the game is determined at l
its climax.

” We rectified and collected our mistakes we did in the first leg tobwin tomorrow’s game. Since it’s a knock out, we have not underrated Synergy and will put up sole performance and collective efforts to win the Uganda Cup”. He noted.

KCCA FC with a (1-0) aggregate hosts Synergy FC on Thursday evening at the Star Times stadium in Lugogo and will need a draw to step into the final.
