CHAN 2020: Mubiru names Cranes 30-man provisional squad for Burundi return leg

Coach Abdalla Mubiru has named a 30-man Uganda Cranes provisional squad that will begin preparations for the CHAN 2020 qualifiers return leg against Burundi.

The return leg encounter between both sides will take place on Saturday 19th October at the StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo.

The provisional squad has three goalkeepers, eight defenders, eleven midfielders, and three strikers respectively.

The team started training sessions at the StarTimes Stadium prior to the game ahead.

The first leg encounter ended 0-3 in favor of Uganda Cranes in Bujumbura thanks to Kizza Mustafa, Mike Mutyqba, and Vianne Sekajugo strikes.

The team is coached by Abdalla Mubiru alongside Geoffrey Massa.
