After a poor first round performance by Dove Fc in FUFA Big League, defensive midfielder has come up to say that their relegation survival is still possible.
The Masindi based side Dove is currently at the bottom of the table with three points from eight games.
With no win registered, but suffering five losses and three draws managed to score only three goals conceeding ten goals in the process.
“Yess we had a poor run in the first round, but our survival chances are still on and alive more we are ready for the task” said Businge Ivan the Dove Fc midfielder.
The Red Army are busy in the january transfer window seaeching for good and commited players who will help them survive relegation.
More so, Dove Fc on friday 10th January confirmed the release of two senior players who included their former captain Enjama Richard and Baluku Robert.
This came due to indiscipline cases they showed during the 2019 summer transfer window as they tried to force their way out of the club.
In another development, Dove Fc is close to announce Robert Ssekweyama as their head coach replacing Kakande Paddy who was sacked after five games with no win.
The Red Army will return action on 26th January 2020 hosting fellow big league strugglers New Villa Fc in the stanbic uganda cup round of 64 at Katusabe stadium in Masindi.
