Futsal Super League: Dream ends season with victory against Nomad

Dream climaxed the 2018-2019 Futsal Super League season on a high note after their 2-1 victory over Nomad on Tuesday evening.

One of the six final games of the regular season was played at City Indoor Courts, Ring Road.

Kazibwe Swahib and Muyingo Jamal strike inspired Dream to a slim win outsmarting Ahmed Sharmake Osman strike for Nomad.

Dream ended with 47 points in the 3rd position while Nomad on 36 points in the 7th place.

Elsewhere, Park and Elephants fired blanks to share spoils.

The result saw Park finish 2nd on 54 points in the 2nd place while Elephants had 17 points placed 12th.

Kimbugwe Ronald Kato and Bogere Alfat scored a hat-trick apiece as Yap Stars pipped Kabowa United 3-7 in a ten-goal thriller.

Oworinawe Bridge scored the other strike for Yap Stars.

While Kigozi Keneth netted twice for Kabowa United while Mugerwa Mahad with one goal.

Both Yap Stars and Kabowa United ended the campaign with 12 and 15 points in the 14th and 13th positions respectively.

Parakeets were given a bye of two goals and three points afterTyphoon failed to honor the fixture.

This saw them finish 4th on 45 points while Typhoon with 34 points in the 8th.

Bajim edged Crown 3-2 in the other epic game played thanks to strikes from Zziwa Jimmy, Njuki Joseph, and Sematimba Titus.

Semakula Islam and Abdfatah Ahmed Abubakar scored the two goals for Crown.

Bajim and Crown finished with 45 and 44 points in the 5th and 6th places respectively.

In the other game, debutants Aidenal recorded a winning end after their 2-0 win against Equator thanks to Oniala Louis brace.

Aidenal finished 11th on 32 points tied with Equator that was a slot ahead.

The Futsal Super League crowning day will be Thursday 12th June when champions-elect Yeak Kabowa play against Mengo City at the Lugogo Indoor.
