KCCA FC hosts Synergy FC at the Star Times stadium in the Stanbic Uganda Cup semi final round two on Thursday evening.
In the first leg in Masaka, KCCA won the game by 0-1 thanks to a Patrick Kaddu stunner that gifted the Kasassiro boys a first leg advantage.

KCCA will be missing services of first team custodian Charles Lukwago, captain Timothy Dennis Awany and anchor man Shaban Muhammad who went with the National team for friendly engagements in Niger.
While dynamic duo of Julius Poloto and Mustafa Kizza and midfield general Muzammir Mutyaba all remain sidelined duo to injuries but the remaining players are set feature if given chance.
While Synergy FC seem to be having to sustained injuries and suspensions and all the players will be present for selection by the gaffer.

Morley Byekwaso (KCCA FC)
” We did not play that well during the first leg in Masaka although we won 1-0. We missed a lot of goal scoring chances. We have the pedigree and shall work hard as a team to win the return leg and progress”.
Brian Senyondo ( Synergy FC)
“We respect but do not fear KCCA. We created a lot of chances in the first leg but we did not manage to convert them. The advantage is that I have a young pool of players who are willing to play their hearts out and battle during the game”.
Derrick Nsibambi (KCCA FC)
The tricky forward will drive the hosts’ attacking line and his partnership with Patrick Kaddu is anticipated to put the visitors’ defending section on pressure.
Oscar Agaba (Synergy FC)
Hard tackling midfielder Oscar Agaba will act as Synergy’s pivot alongside Ivan Ahimisibwe will be assembled for the game tonight.

The winner on aggregate will face off with the victor between Sports Club Villa Jogoo and Vipers who will return for the second leg at the St Mary’s stadium on Tuesday.
This year’s final will be hosted in Kumi Municipality at Emokori grounds in Bukedea.
