FUFA Big League
Kabale Sharp vs Proline
Proline will need to finish the business of gaining promotion to the Uganda Premier League when they visit Kabale Sharp on Thursday.
This will as well be the final game for either side as the FUFA Big League season reaches to its climax.
Proline is only three points from getting direct promotion in the Uganda Premier League.
They have 39 points on top of the Rwenzori group with just one point ahead of second-placed Kansai Plascon.
Shafik Bisaso, Proline’s gaffer anticipates maximum points on the road despite facing tricky opponents.
“We have prepared well as we think our opponents did the same because of it being the final game. e shall fight for a win to get the promotion and we are better with a goal difference”.
A win for Proline will take them to 42 points after the final game and will gain direct promotion joining Wakiso Giants that has already secured a slot in the top flight league next season.
But a draw or a defeat will keep them praying for a draw between their rivals Kansai Plascon and Dove Football Club who are also in the same race.
Kansai Plascon is one point shy of Proline while Dove FC has two points below table leaders.
Proline will have hope in the league’s current top scorer Ivan Bogere (12 goals), sensational Bright Anukani, Hakim Kiwanuka and Bonyo Ibrahim.
