Chemelil Sugar 0-2 Gor Mahia
Gor Mahia maintained their seven-point lead at the top of the Kenyan Premier League table with a 2-0 win over Chemelil Sugar on Wednesday.
Kenneth Muguna gave the hosts a half time lead before Samuel Onyango ensured the safety of the point in the second half at Moi Stadium.
The result put the K’Ongalos to 63 points garnered from 28 games with seven points ahead of Sofapaka in the second. Chemelil Sugar remained on 29 points in the 14th place.
Uganda’s midfielder Hashim Sempala and striker Erisa Sekisambu were named in the starting lineup while left-back Shafik Batambuze was out.
