Transfers: Forward Bayo Joins Vipers Sports Club

Vipers Sports Club is not leaving any stone unturned in this ongoing offseason transfer window.

The Venoms have completed the signing of free-agent striker Fahad Bayo on a two-year contract deal that will keep him at the club until 2021.

He has been plying his fare in Zambian top-flight league at Bildcon FC.

Striker Bayo joined Buildcon from Uganda Premier League side Proline Football Club.

Last season, Bayo scored five times and assisted seven in Zambia’s FAZ League and also inspired the team to CAF Champions League.

He joins players Shaban Muhammad, Paul Willa, Denis Mwemezi, Henry Kitagenyi, Allan Kayiwa, Rashid Toha, and Siraje Sentamu as other team’s new signings.

Vipers Sports Club will play against Mbarara City in the Pilsner Super Eight tournament semi-finals on Friday at the St Mary’s Stadium Kitende.
