Uganda Premier League three-time champions Vipers Sports Club have completed the signing of dazzling left-back Farouk Musisi.
Musisi joins the Kitende based side on a three-year contract deal that will keep him at the club until 2022.
The newly recruited player Musisi has been playing at Zambia’s top-flight team Konkola Blades Football Club where he spent 18 months.
He has previously played at Artland Katale, Lweza FC (now defunct), Bazopa, Sports Club Villa and Proline Football Club respectively.
He will need to beat competition from Dan Birikwalira and Aziz Kayondo in the same left-back in order to make the starting lineup in the coach’s set-up.
He becomes another club’s signing in this offseason transfer window joining Henry Kitengenyi, Siraje Ssentamu, Rashid Toha, Muhammed Shaban, Paul Willa, Allan Kayiwa, Fahad Bayo, and Denis Mwemezi.
The Venoms will play against the winner between defending champions KCCA FC and Onduparaka in the finals of the Pilsner Super Eight tournament.
