Vipers make U-turn on Zaga loan move to Police

Vipers Sports Club has reportedly opted from loaning Frank “Zaga” Tumwesigye to Police Football Club as earlier agreed.

The decision to keep Zaga who has found playing time hard to come at Kitende despite his enormous potential is as a result of Milton Karisa’s departure.

The U-20 international will thus stay at Kitende and fight for a place in Martin Espinoza’s team.

Zaga returned to Vipers’ training this week although he didn’t feature in the draw with his would be destination Police at Kisubi on Wednesday.

Vipers are the Uganda Premier League defending champions, and will be involved in the 2018-19 season curtain raising FUFA Super Cup next weekend.
